Our Work Together

I’m here to offer more than just strategies and solutions. I create a space where you can explore the layers of who you are—at your own pace, in a way that’s truly aligned with you. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship that feels like a collaboration, not a prescription, because real change happens when therapy meets you where you are.

hi, I'm Jennifer

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist dedicated to supporting adults and teens on their healing journeys. My approach isn’t about offering strategies or solutions—it’s about creating a space for curiosity, insight, and meaningful change.

Therapy with me is a collaborative, and relational process. I believe in meeting each person where they are and finding what works for them, rather than trying to fit anyone into a predefined model. By drawing on a wide range of modalities—from nervous-system based somatic interventions to expressive and creative exploration—I create a truly individualized experience.

I take time to get to know each client, working from a big toolbox of techniques and approaches, so we can figure out together what makes sense for your goals and needs. My practice is flexible, relational, and grounded in the belief that your experiences are valid and important.

I focus in working with adults and teens on a range of issues, including trauma, grief and loss, nervous system regulation, and identity exploration. But no matter the focus, my goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.

What you can expect

I believe that healing is about more than just symptom reduction. It’s about becoming more attuned to yourself, developing self-trust, and reconnecting with your values and sense of purpose. Whether we’re processing trauma, exploring creative expression, or making sense of big life questions, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and respect.

Sessions are designed to be a space where you can bring your full messy self, without fear of judgment or pressure to "perform." We’ll work together to identify what feels meaningful for you, using methods that align with your natural way of processing.
