Rooted in reality, yet open to life’s mysteries, I offer a space where evidence-based practices meet intuitive understanding. My integrative approach honours mind, body, and spirit to inspire growth, cultivate resilience, and foster meaningful change

You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost your sense of self. Maybe you’ve checked off all the boxes for success but still feel empty or disconnected inside. Perhaps you’re grappling with trauma, managing life as a neurodivergent person, or struggling to find meaning amidst stress and burnout. My approach honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—using evidence-based techniques alongside creative practices to cultivate resilience, clarity, and lasting meaningful change. 

Meet Jennifer, RP (Qualifing)

I bring the brain stuff, the emotion stuff, and the spirit stuff—everything that makes up the complex, layered parts of who you are. Our sessions might involve talk therapy, expressive arts, somatic practices, or a blend of modalities designed to support you as a whole person. It’s about more than managing stress or coping—it’s about finding out who you truly are and embracing your full self.
